Hunan Construction Investment and Installation Group Co., Ltd. is a backbone enterprise of Hunan Construction Investment Group. It is a new enterprise group established in 2022 in response to the requirements of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government to build a world-class construction and investment enterprise. As a large industrial group, it is committed to investment, general contracting, operation and maintenance, intelligent construction and manufacturing, service and trade and other core businesses, and focusing on building a complete “five-in-one” engineering service industrial chain of investment, engineering, procurement, construction, operation and maintenance.
Affiliated to Hunan Construction Investment Installation Group Co., Ltd., Hunan Industrial Equipment Installation Co., Ltd. was founded in 1958, which is a limited liability company (state-owned sole proprietorship of legal person) registered in Lusong District, Zhuzhou, Hunan Province with a registered capital of CNY 1.5 billion. It’s known as a national large comprehensive construction enterprise and national high-tech enterprise.
For developing its regional layout, the company has more than 30 branches and subsidiaries under governing, located separately within Hunan Province and in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shijiazhuang, Xiamen and overseas etc.; the company now has 5 holding subsidiaries which cooperate with other 8 holding subsidiaries of Hunan Construction Investment Installation Group in building a complete construction and installation industrial chain, involving various fields such as pressure vessel manufacture and installation, operation and maintenance, new energy investment, centralized procurement of materials, testing, real estate development, etc.
The company has the First Grade Qualification of the General Contracting in six fields: mechanical & electrical engineering, electric power engineering, metallurgical engineering, architectural engineering, municipal public engineering and petrochemical engineering; the First Grade Qualification of the Professional Contracting in seven fields: ground foundation engineering, electronic and intelligent engineering, firefighting facilities engineering, waterproof, anti-corrosion and insulation engineering, architectural decoration and finishing engineering, building mechanical & electrical installation engineering and environmental protection engineering; the Second Grade Qualification of the Professional Contracting in three fields: steel structural engineering, city and road lighting engineering, power transmission and transformation engineering; at the same time, it has GA1-grade pressure pipeline installation qualification (covering GB and GC installation); A-Grade Qualification of boiler installation and maintenance; B-grade Qualification of lifting equipment installation and maintenance; the Second Grade Qualification of installation (maintenance, testing) of electric power facilities; Qualification of elevator installation; A-grade Qualification of architectural engineering design, B-grade Qualification of (new energy generation) design in the power industry.
At present, the company has over 4,000 employees, of which 411 people with senior qualifications, 1100 with intermediate certificates, and 740 national first-class or second-class constructors. The company now owns more than 10,000 sets of construction machinery and equipment, known as one of the largest construction and installation enterprises with the strongest comprehensive strength in the country, generating an annual output of over CNY 20 billion.
Since its establishment over 60 years, rooted in Hunan Province, the company, known as the “conquering Xiang' an army", has been expanding its market all over China, reaching excellent achievements continuously.
